I had just started a new job for an exclusive dress maker when I was asked to wear the company uniform. The dress was beautiful but slightly tight so this gave me the kick I needed to drop down a size. My greatest obstacle with getting into shape however was NOT ENJOYING EXERCISE.

I have always been a keen sporting enthusiast and have constantly worked out at the gym but I had never found a formula to give me the one thing I wanted, a fully visible six pack!
